Today, I was feeling a little UNcreative. Didn't want to run. Didn't want to head to the gym. Didn't really want to do anything, truth be told. But I logged into Fitfluential's page and stumbled upon two workouts that I could easily do at home. So I combined them. Be sure to check out the two sites I got them from - www.itslinz.com and www.foodandfunontherun.com for more ideas when you need some motivation that, for whatever reason, you cannot create on your own.
